Understanding Hexeum App Payments

Tips Processed via Stripe

At Hexeum, all tips sent through our platform are processed using Stripe Connect. This ensures a secure and reliable transaction process for both Streamers and Viewers.

• Streamers must register with Stripe Connect to receive tips directly into their Stripe Connect accounts.
• Hexeum does not handle or store any payment details. All transactions are managed by Stripe in accordance with their Terms of Service.

Viewing Earnings

Streamers can track their earnings directly in the Hexeum dashboard. The dashboard provides:

• A breakdown of tips received.
• A history of previous tips.

The Payout Process

The payout process is entirely managed by the Streamer and Stripe. Once a tip is sent:

• Funds are transferred directly to the Streamer’s Stripe Connect account.

• Stripe may hold payouts temporarily for fraud analysis or other security checks, depending on their policies and your account activity.

  Transfer times vary based on country:

  • US Banks: Transfers typically occur without delay.
  • EU Countries: Transfers may take 2-3 business days.
  • Other Countries: Transfer times vary between 2-7 days, depending on banking policies.

Important Notes:

• Stripe Transaction Fees: Stripe charges a transaction fee for processing payments. These fees are deducted by Stripe before funds are deposited into the Streamer’s account.
• Hexeum Fees: Hexeum does not charge any fees on Tips. What you see in your dashboard is the amount before Stripe's fees.
