Where Are My Files ?

When your order is placed with Hexeum you should receive an email containing the product download link. If the email hasn't arrived yet be sure to check spam/junk folders in case the email ended up there.

In some rare cases PayPal will put payments on hold. Because of this, the email won't get sent until payment is cleared.
